MIT's Ivy+ Annual Giving Networking Event 2021
The Ivy+ Annual Giving Conference is an innovative and interactive conference that focuses on discussions regarding successful and innovative approaches to connect with donors, direct marketing, analytics, and fundraising topics.

Event goals
- Supplement the 2021 Ivy+ Annual Giving event agenda with a variety of interactive networking opportunities over a 3 day period 
- Host events at the end of each conference day, providing attendees with a chance to network, get to know their peers, and continue conversations 
- Allow attendees freedom of movement to encourage participation and interaction with one another 
Frameable Events experience
- Used the Lounge layout for a networking event on Day 1, encouraging Ivy+ colleagues to get to know one another a casual environment 
- Designed a department meet-and-greet event on Day 2 for colleagues in similar roles to share program challenges and best practices 
- Hosted a trivia event at the end of Day 2 in a Hybrid layout, allowing guests to rename their tables to their team name and collaborate without interrupting the host or other teams 
- Encouraged guests to attend Continue the Conversation at the end of the conference to continue discussions that began earlier in the conference or start new conversations 
- Prompted guests to fill out custom User Profiles displaying their name, school, job title, location, and pronouns
